Returns and ExchangesIt is our sincere hope that you love your purchase! However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may return your purchase within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met: * Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. * Return items are postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. * Original packaging and accessories are included. * Item returned is not a custom order or Sale item. * Custom orders and Sale items are final orders. All other orders after 7 days are final. * Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. * Magic Nomad strongly recommends that you add delivery confirmation and insurance when returning your item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipment of returns. * Magic Nomad reserves the right to deny a refund of the item(s) returned if the requirements of our Return Policy are not met. * You must contact Magic Nomad before making your return. Refunds (if applicable)Refunds will be given once the returned item is received and inspected by Magic Nomad. Refund will be given to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note it can take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to process as this depends on your credit card or banking institution. Magic Nomad does not store or keep customer credit card or banking information on file.

Sale itemsUnfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded. Only regular priced items qualify for returns. Sale items are considered products in the "Sale" category. Full priced items purchased by a coupon code or site-wide sale are not considered "Sale" items.

Exchanges (if applicable)Magic Nomad only replaces items if they are damaged or defective during shipment, or during the 7 day Return Policy. Exchanges can only be made for the same item (some exceptions may apply). Please e-mail us for further information at info@magic-nomad.com regarding your exchange.

Coupon CodesFrom time to time we offer our customers coupon codes for a percentage off of your order. Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. Only one (1) coupon code can be used per order.

Do you offer wholesale?We do not offer wholesale buying. As a small business it would require us to increase our retail pricing and we want to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.
