SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time for orders is 1-3 days. Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 5pm (local time) will ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Delivery time for domestic orders is between 3-5 business days. For international orders is 5-12 business days. Magic Nomad is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur upon delivery.
All orders are shipped from Spain.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is our sincere hope that you love your purchase! However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may return your purchase within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
* Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
* Return items are postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date.
* Original packaging and accessories are included.
* Item returned is not a custom order or Sale item.
* Custom orders and Sale items are final orders. All other orders after 7 days are final.
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Magic Nomad strongly recommends that you add delivery confirmation and insurance when returning your item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipment of returns.
* Magic Nomad reserves the right to deny a refund of the item(s) returned if the requirements of our Return Policy are not met.
* You must contact Magic Nomad before making your return. You can reach us via our email info@magic-nomad.com

Non-returnable items:
* Sale items (unless damaged or defective upon receiving).
* Custom orders.
* Items that have passed the 7 day return policy.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds will be given once the returned item is received and inspected by Magic Nomad. Refund will be given to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note it can take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to process as this depends on your credit card or banking institution. Magic Nomad does not store or keep customer credit card or banking information on file.
Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded. Only regular priced items qualify for returns. Sale items are considered products in the "Sale" category. Full priced items purchased by a coupon code or site-wide sale are not considered "Sale" items.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Magic Nomad only replaces items if they are damaged or defective during shipment, or during the 7 day Return Policy. Exchanges can only be made for the same item (some exceptions may apply). Please e-mail us for further information at info@magic-nomad.com regarding your exchange.
